Phil and Rachel’s engagement session

Most people think that the ideal photo conditions are during the day, sunny conditions and warm.

Not Phil and Rachel. How does 9 at night, in the pouring raining and freezing cold strike you? Well, they loved it.

We met up at Circular Quay and travelled between the Opera House and the Museum of Contemporary Art. We did try to stay under-cover, but you’ll see a few shots out in the rain.

These photos are going up a bit late, as their wedding has come and gone. You’ll get to see the wedding in a few days, for which the conditions were fortunately the opposite: sunny and warm.
